What are the building blocks of a team? What are the characteristics of a high-performance team?
For a team to work well, all its members must desire to be part of the same team, sharing goals, decisions, and results. People must be managed effectively, ensuring that different individual characteristics complement each other to create value.
The course explores the processes behind creating, operating, and maintaining a team and provides techniques for transforming your work group into a close-knit, high-performing team.
The sessions, each lasting 6 hours, will be held on Fridays, from 10:00 to 17:00, with the following schedule:
